The lecture called “All roads lead to Łódź – presentation of the new center” was given on behalf of the EC1 Lodz Foundation by Andrzej Falicz, the manager of the Special Art Zone project. The intention of the lecture was to present the idea of this huge program implemented by the Institution of Culture called “EC1 Łódź – the City of Culture” in cooperation with Polish railway companies PKP S.A. and PKP PLK S.A.

The main purpose of the New Center of Łódź Program is to create, in a 90 hectares attractive location, in the surrounding of Łódź Fabryczna station, a new, functional city centre with many living public spaces and a rich offer of cultural buildings, which are suppose to be created with substantial engagement  of private capital.
